I thought I’d take you guys with me on a pretty typical day for me; meetings, workouts, and working from home are pretty day-to-day activities before I head out and teach at night! 🙂
In this video I’ve also featured a super yummy meal prep meal which is so easy and one of my post workout carb refuel meals… Like I said in here, you can always take out the rice and add in healthy fats (quacamole) if you want to lower the carbs! This meal is 485kcals
