With lots of avocados in the house and because I love them so much, I was open to eating them for dessert too!
And of course, it goes without saying that there is ALWAYS plenty of peanut butter in my fridge too, so I got experimental and wow, this chocolate pudding turned out into one amazing gooey-creamy-chocolatey treat! No sugar involved!
Making it couldn’t be easier. Blitz these ingredients in your blender, pour in a serving dish and cover. Pop the yummy goodness in the fridge to chill overnight for a creamy, sweet, chocolate dessert. To serve, top with a dollop of coconut cream to take the edge of things, and add a drizzle of peanut butter for good measure.
1 small Avocado
1tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I used MyProtein Chocolate Smooth)
30ml Almond Milk
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Optional: 1 tsp coconut cream to top!
